Each photograph is signed, numbered and editioned in pencil on the front of the mount beneath the image. Portfolio V stamp, print title and numbering in ink centered on the back of the mount. Prints included in Portfolio V were printed in 1970 in an edition of 100 numbered copies and 10 lettered copies; this print is from presentation set "B", given to the artist's daughter, Anne Adams-Helms, whose collection stamp adorns the reverse of the mount.
